We are happy when you’re happy with what you’ve purchased at Spring Kids Online Shop!

We understand however that there may be special cases where the items are not according to what you expected. Please read on to find out more.

Once payment has been made and items sent, kindly note that NO alteration of order/refunds/cancellation/exchanges will be accepted, with the exception of the following:

• Items delivered are different from what is stated on the invoice
• Items found to be dirtied / damaged during courier delivery
• Items (eg. The colours) are totally different from what is seen on your computer monitor

Please contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving your order to let us know, and send the item back to us within 7 days of receiving it. Depending on each individual case, a fee of up to S$10 (applicable only in Singapore) may be incurred.

All returned items must still have their tags attached and in their original condition. Please allow 7 working days for us to arrange for the exchange.
