ORDERS & PAYMENTS

How to Shop @ Spring Kids

  • Select your items (size and quantity) and click “Add to Cart”
  • Click “Continue shopping” or click “Checkout” when you’ve finished shopping
  • All orders are consolidated in your shopping cart, which you may view anytime by clicking “Shopping Cart’ at the top right hand corner of every page
  • Once you’ve clicked ‘Checkout’, you’d need to fill in your particulars and delivery details (if delivery address is different to yours) [If you are not yet registered, we do encourage you to click “Sign In” at the top of the page and register yourself as our customer for a better shopping experience in the future]
  • If you have a special instruction that you would like us to take note, please include that in the "Special Request Box"
  • Enter a valid ‘Promo Code’ if applicable, and click ‘Submit Order’
  • On the confirmation page, you’d need to:

    • double check on your ordered items and address
    • select your preferred shipping arrangement
    • choose to have a personalised gift photocard (free for orders of $50 and above)
    • choose to have your ordered items nicely gift-wrapped (free for orders of $80 and above)


  • Click ‘Confirm & Submit Order’ and we’ll process the order for you
  • If you’ve chosen to have a personalised gift photocard, you can start creating it upon clicking ‘Photocard’

Order Process & Payments

  • All prices are listed as nett and in Singapore dollars
  • For Singapore customers : payments can be made via Bank Transfers (For International customers : Paypal feature will be available soon)
  • Upon receiving your order, we will confirm stock availability and revert back to you with a Confirmation Email within TWO working days.
  • Bank details will be provided in the Confirmation Email
  • Once payment has been transferred, please let us know by email and provide us with your order number and bank transaction reference number
  • Once your payment has been confirmed and verified, we will ship your order within 3 working days (deliveries are arranged every Tuesday and Friday of the week) Note: Your ordered items are reserved for 48 hours. If payment is not received within that period, we will release the items to the next customer in line.

Stock Status

If an item is not in stock, it should say so in the system. If by a rare chance, your order cannot be fulfilled (eg. a “last piece” item is bought in the online shop at the same time you are making your order), we will send you an email as soon as possible to alert you. Any exchange will be arranged from there.

Colours & Prints

Since computer monitors vary, actual colours of the items offered may be a little different from what you might expect from seeing them on the monitors. if you happen to be really unhappy with the colours, you can arrange for a credit (amount to be used for your future purchases) after you have received your orders.
